We are a small independent coffee roaster who competes with multinational coffee giants disguised as local companies such as Kraft Foods (Ethical Beans) and Lavazza (Kicking Horse). When you buy our coffee you are supporting our local economy and your money stays here in BC, and it supports your neighbors in the Lower Mainland and on Vancouver Island. Thank you!!
Shipping Policy and Free Shipping
We will ship your order between 1 to 3 Business days after receiving it. Though our website mentions Canada Post, we may, at our discretion, use outer carriers to ship your order such as FedEx or UPS. All orders will be filled at our Delta B.C. Canada coffee roasting facility.
When offering Free Shipping, we reserve the right to ship with the most economical option available to us. Some locations are not eligible for free shipping as the cost to ship is sometimes more than the actual order total. If your region is not eligible for this offer, we reserve the right to cancel you order and we will refund your payment within 48 hours. Please know that we will always look for alternative shipping options before we cancel an order.
Return and Refund Policy
You can return an item you bought from the Pacific Coffee Store within 15 calendar days after the day you received it. ... We'll refund the payment method you paid with (minus your original shipping & handling charges and restocking fee if applicable) within 14 business days after Pacific Coffee Store receives the returned merchandise.
